Owner Prakash Kumar Shrestha is the owner of the company he has travelled worldwide for the purpose of tourism promotion in Nepal he has travelled different countries such as Canada, Japan, various parts of Europe and many more. In addition to that he is also the tandem pilot of paragliding he is very decided to his job and is responsible for managing the technical part of the company as he also has worked in the technical field of Nepal government as a part of his job.

owner Hira Thapa is a well-known women in the field of tourism she has got a decade of experience in the field of tourism and can speak multiple languages she has travelled various countries such as USA, different parts of Europe, Japan and so on for the promotion of tourism in Nepal. She is responsible for managing and operating  the business.

Manager Yaman Thapa is proficient in website creation and oversees the overall business operations. With a background in IT from Nepal's Pokhara, he brings a global perspective, having traveled to countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy, enriching their understanding of diverse markets and cultures

Pilot Alish Thapa is the tandem  pilot of the In sky, Sky Dive he  has performed jump in various parts of the world such as china, Russia, Dubai and many more he is very talented and well known sky diver in Nepal. In addition to that he is also the pilot of paragliding who has been the judge of the world cup and various other computation in the world.

Rio saito is the tandem pilot of Nepal he has performed jump in various parts of the world he has been doing tandem sky diving in japan since last 5 years and is performing skydiving in Nepal since last year he is very active and dedicated to his job.

Subash Thapa is also the tandem pilot of In Sky, Sky Dive he has done various jumps in different parts of the world such as china, Dubai, Thailand and many more he is an adventures personal who is well known and renowned in Nepal.

Manish Hirchan is also a tandem pilot of in sky, sky dive who is well known he had performed his jump in various parts of the world such as Japan, china , Thailand and many more he is also the license holder of paragliding he is very talented pilot and is also well dedicated to his job.
